It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 to make a reservation:

1. Select the villa of your choice.
Use the Quick Search feature to search by name, rate, bedrooms or number of persons.

OR

Go to Villa Rentals for a brief description of each property.  Click on the photo to advance to the 2-page detailed description of the property and more photos.

2. Request Availability: 
Contact Us by email, or give us a call for immediate response. 

You will receive a return email or phone call confirming availability. 

3. Sign Rental Agreement and send down payment.
Once your dates have been confirmed as "available" and you are ready to confirm the reservation we will send the  rental agreement and the instructions for payment.

Payment terms are 50% total rent to reserve and the balance plus the security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of reservation.

A security/damage guarantee cash deposit is required for all reservations.  Amounts vary depending on the property.  Security deposits are refundable less any damage or long distance calls charged to the property phone line during your dates of stay and can take up to 90 days after departing the property to be refunded.  Please inquire.

As booking early is always the best policy, you can make your reservation as soon as you decide by telephone, fax or email. The home administrator or specialized agent will keep in touch with you prior to your arrival.
