A
six bedroom master piece. Comfort and simplicity have
been the essential ingredients that have been kept in
mind in all of the suites. All suites are tastefully
decorated in soothing, tropical Mexican tones.
 All
suites are spacious with views, private baths, A/C or
ceiling fans, telephone, mini-bars, TV. Satellite, VCR,
and DVD.
The main Master
Bedroom is of particular interest and one of the many
focal points of the villa, right next the pool. It also
has a private, large open terrace that is the ideal
place to have drinks and watch the sun set at the end of
a relaxing day with a king size bed, on the terrace
overlooking the pool, Jacuzzi bathtub His & Hers
dressing areas. Sat. T.V. also available.
On the main floor of the villa are other two more
bedrooms, smaller in size but ideal for two people in
each room. These rooms are on the same floor as the
living room, dining room and kitchen and one its call the
Guacamaya Bedroom with a King size bed on the main floor
with a view of the Bay. TV with VCR and DVD only and
right next to it it’s the Twin Bedroom Located right
next to the Guacamayas bedroom on the Main floor with 2
side by side twin beds. TV with VCR and DVD only. Both
of this bedrooms with complete bathroom.
The
last two bedrooms are on the ground level of the house,
which many of our guests tell us has the most character.
One is call the Guest Bedroom located on the second
floor. This bedroom has a king bed, Jacuzzi, TV with
VCR and DVD and is connected to the Sat. TV in the
playroom. This bedroom is adjacent to the Massage room
and the game room.
The
Bungalow bedrooms are located in the gardens separate from
the main house. These bedrooms have a king bed and one
jacuzzi tub. These bedrooms are adjacent to the palapas,
waterfalls, and outdoor Jaccuzzi. The main doors of
these
rooms open up directly to the outside barbeque area and
the Palapa Party.
The villa can comfortably accommodate five couples in
separate king-sized bedrooms and two children in a
bedroom with twin beds. The mansion has 9 1/2 baths to
accommodate any event with convenience.
Two
dining areas, three lounge areas and a huge expanse of
deck. The Villa also features an intimate video room,
barbecue and a lush and expansive gardens and waterfalls.
A lovely, protected swimming pool is located off the
main living area with incredible views of the bay.
All of the bedrooms of the villa are cleaned and have
their beds made daily, along with the sheets changed
regularly.

A five bedroom master

Two large Palapas for
entertaining, relaxing and watching sunsets. Both are
located in the formal garden area. The first is called
the ” Gorilla Palapa" referring to two large sculptures
of Gorillas and other tropical animals. This Palapa has
a fountain and outdoor Jacuzzi.
The second Palapa sits
half way down the 75Ft waterfalls flowing from the
Gorilla palapa. This palapa has an out door B.B.Q., full
kitchen and bar. Spectacular view of the bay and
sunsets from both palapas. Its call the ‘’Palapa
Party’’.
Dining-Living room
facilities. All dining room tables feature views of the
Bay. Spectacular Terrace table seats 12 overlooking the
Bay and pool. Breakfast and lunch tables seat 6-10.
This area is an immense, open-air room that also
features a beautiful wet bar. Here you can entertain
guests, or enjoy a private dinner prepared by the
Villa's chef. The living room pavilion is very
comfortable for simply relaxing and enjoying the sunrise/sunset,
or reading a book.
Cocktail and TV area
on the main floor next to the wet Bar. TV has Sat.
All rooms have telephone--telephone deposit required for
outside lines. Calling cards suggested.
Terrace Deck can be
used for Dinner parties up to 40. A deck wraps around
the Living/Dining Pavilion offering incredible views of
Acapulco’s bay.

The mansion has 8 1/2
baths to accommodate any event with convenience.
Total staff is 6. Two
maids, One gardener, Two waiters and Two cooks. (These
are full time employees 12 months a year). The staff has
their own large living quarters consisting of 4
bedrooms and 4 baths, kitchen. The staff live in a
private house on the premises and are responsible for
general daily cleaning and housekeeping of the villa
every day, as well as maintaining the swimming pool and
beautiful grounds.
They will be happy to do grocery shopping, buying of
your daily news paper, laundry and ironing etc. for the
guests. They are also able to help you with any
information you need regarding where to go out at night,
dinner reservations, and how to get around on this
beautiful paradise. With! Years of experience to better
serve you and on hand to fulfill your every desire.
Events are Allowed.
Weddings for many career-minded couples, organizing a
wedding takes such enormous effort that the idea of
‘eloping’ can be very attractive, especially when the
wedding can take place in this romantic setting. For
